This is why, we are committed to prepare your return as well as possible, with additional precautionary mesures in order to ensure your health and safety, listed below :

The enhancement of the procedures of daily cleaning of the rooms and public spaces with the use of a virucidal and bactericidal product for cleaning floors and surfaces.

Cleaning with particular attention to all the points of contact several times a day: room key, door handles, telephone… In each room there will be a little bottle of hydroalcoholic gel (upon availability).

Once the cleaning is finished, your room will be disinfected with a device emitting UV-C light to fight against the transmission of viruses.

The room service for continental breakfast to ensure social distancing with additional food protections.

The availability of hydroalcoholic gel at the Reception.

The installation of protective screens at the Reception.

Credit card payments with disinfection of the terminal before and after each use.

It is compulsory to wear a mask in the public areas of the hotel.

 

We ask our staff :

To respect the barrier gestures (posters, oral instructions).

To wash hands frequenty.

To wash hands with hydroalcoholic gel when entering and leaving each room.

To regularly disinfect their workspace.

To stay home in case of symptoms.

These measures will last as long as necessary.
